  1. Dear Sirs
I am thinking of buying a gift adoption/membership and member & guest visitor pass package for my step-son for Christmas but wasn’t sure if there was a minimum age limit for visitors, or if he was accompanied by his father or myself he would be able to visit. He will be 13 in April.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards

    Nikki

    1. Hi Nikki, thank you for contacting us. Due to insurance restrictions we can only allow children over the age of 14 onto the site. Sorry this is not the reply you would have hoped for, but many thanks for your interest in Wolf Watch – Kind Regards – Helen

      1. Hi Helen, I am looking to purchase this for my daughters 14th birthday in July. Do you have any members days that she will be able to attend in the summer onwards.

        1. Hello Kim, great to hear from you. We will be adding new “members day” dates shortly, they will extend throughout the whole of the year. If you would not mind keep on checking the events page please – Kindest Regards – Helen

    1. Hi Sheridan

      Thank you for your enquiry

Wolf Watch is a private members organisation and we provide our members with the opportunity to come to the centre and to visit the wolves but you would have to initially join our membership scheme, this enables access to the members area on the website where the new e.joining pack and exclusive member content such as downloads (images, wolf profiles, fact sheets, ringtones, desktop wallpapers, plus more), videos, blog can be found. Only members are permitted to visit the centre (as we are not open to the public). A guest pass allows non-members to visit in the company of a current member. Each member is allowed to bring a maximum of 2 additional guests per visit.

Joining can be done using the online shop via the adopt-a-wolf scheme. Simply select the wolf you would like to sponsor. Membership provides access to the “members shop” and allows you to purchase / select the amount of passes required to visit. Have a look at the events page where we have a list of scheduled members visits and further information (mostly Sundays). Just send me a quick email advising the one you wish to book on and I will reserve you the places. The sanctuary is located in Shropshire, we will send out directions after you have become a member / purchased tickets to visit.

Membership for a year costs £35, the members visit pass cost is £20 and the guest pass(es) are £25 each

Hope this helps. Any further questions please don’t hesitate to get in contact.

  3. Hi all at wolf watch, i am new to your site, I am very interested in joining up with you, but I see everything is online? Is there a telephone number? Or is it just online only? Myself and my wife have been long time members with the ukwct, but they have unfortunately closed the door to the public! Was such a shock to us! We absolutely adore the wolves & we hoping to join become members with you. Would this be OK, we really miss our adopted wolves with ukwct. But there is nothing we can do about it. I am a keen photographer and I love photographing the majestic wolves for my own albums. Sorry for the long message, just a little wary as this is a new wolf site for me to visit. Thank you all so much for your help and time. Keep up the fantastic work that you all do. The wolves really deserve our help in this day and age. Kind regards Paul Price

  4. Hi to you all Wolf watch. I am looking at getting my daughter membership and visiting you to meet the wolves as my daughter has a inspirational passion for these majestic animals. Her birthday is on the 7th January and I can see no orders will be processed until then so will await your response. She will be turning 14 on the 7th and this would be the most amazing gift. Can you advise if proof of age/ID is required during visiting please ?
    Thanks very much
    Natalie

    1. Hello Natalie, thank you for getting in touch. In answer to your question: we do not do actual checks of children’s dob’s during the visits. If I can be of any further help please do let me know. Kindest Regards – Helen

      1. Hi Helen, thank you for the prompt response. So would I be able to purchase the membership for my daughter before her 14th birthday in readiness ? I understand the shop orders won’t be processed until the 7th I just want to have something to print off to gift wrap. Or would it be better to purchase it in my name as the paying adult ?
        Many thanks
        Natalie

  5. Hi,
I was looking at buying a membership for my mum’s birthday as she loves wolves and I was wondering what exactly happens on the visitor days? Do you get to actually meet some of the wolves or do they stay behind fences?

    Thanks

  6. Hello, I have the members adoption pack which includes a member visit, how do I book this using the shop as I can only see the option of buying a member pass?

    Thank you in advance

    1. Hi Michelle, thanks for the message. Please select a members visit date from the events page of the website and then drop me an email with the date andI will reserve your place.Kind Regards – David

    1. Hi Alison, thanks for the message. No problem with taking photographs as long as they are for personal use only. The members visit days are listed on the events page of the website. Kind Regards – Helen

  7. I will be joining my wife as a member, for her birthday [12 July].
I will be adopting a wolf for her and at the same time purchase a member’s pass and a visitor’s pass [for me!] so we can visit, later in the year.
    My question is:
Do I have to select a visit date when I buy the passes or can I choose at a later date? I’d like to buy it all at the same time if possible.
    Please let me now
    thx
    Mike
